Items will ship directly to you from the seller and normally ship out within 48 hours after the order has been placed.

To track your order, simply locate the tracking information which can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email, in your Order History online, or use our Order Status tool.

Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.

FP Mart returns must be made directly to the seller. FP MART cannot be returned to Free People stores or to Free People's warehouse. If your item is eligible for return, a pre-paid return label will be included in all packages and should be used to return your item. Please ensure your return is in original condition, with original packaging, and packed securely. FP Mart sellers are not responsible for any external brand items shipped to them in error. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a Return Confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
